Polar Air Cargo has a number of weekly flights into HKG,
nearly 7 weekly flights into HKG, all using B747 freighters.
This one is a N851FT, arriving HKG in the morning and was
photographed in July 1997.

Northwest Airlines B747-200 N638US was arriving HKG using RWY13.
Northwest flies B747-200s to HKG from Seattle and Tokyo Narita. It
has daily flights to Tokyo then US cities, together with 3 weekly flights
to St.Paul Minneapolis. This photo was taken in June 1997.

Air Canada A340-300 just arrived from Vancouver and was unloading
the passengers. AC provides 4 weekly flights from Vancouver using
A340-300, while before June 1997, it used B747-400s. This photo
was taken in mid-july from a high-rise building.

FedEx provides more than 2 flights daily to HKG. It uses
MD11 Freighters and A310-200 Freighters. The one
shown here, N612FE, is in its old colors.
The photo shown here was taken on March 6, 1997 at about 1600.

Air Canada started its HKG-Vancouver service last year.
It now has 4 weekly flights to and from Vancouver, using
a B747-400. This is one of its Air Canada B747-400 Combi,
C-GAGN (343). This photo was taken on August 30, 1996.

Atlas Air B747-228F SCD, 5YB74F01.JPG

Spotters delight! This B747 looks like a Cargolux. However,
if you look into it more carefully, it is an Atlas Air B747!
This B747-228F SCD is previously owned by Cargolux.
It is registered as LX-DCV. It flied to HKG last year,
using the flight code of British Airways Cargo.

Atlas Air now has scheduled to flights to HKG. Emirates and British Airways Cargo also use its aircrafts to fly to HKG. This B747-2D3B, registered as N506MC, visited HKG under the code of British Airways Cargo.

American International Airways B747-100, CBB74F01.JPG

American International Airways, also called Connie Kalitta, now flies to HKG weekly, using one of its B747s. It arrives HKG on Monday morning, and departs for US about one hour later.

FedEx new colored MD11F!
FedEx now flies to HKG daily, to and from US. It also has additional B747-200F frieghter services during the week, serving Asia and North America.

Polar Air Cargo is a cargo company with all B747 aircrafts. This one, registered as N858FT, had its flight from US.
