Stop Smoking Exercise


If you are a smoker, you will be happy to know how to stop smoking. (Otherwise, why don't you come to see this page?)

Also, what are the advantages of stop smoking? Oh, it is because:

1. Be bright and smart;

2. In full spirit;

3. Decrease sputum production;

4. Get rid of tiredness, restore your strength;

5. Save Money;

6. Keep your clothes clean and let your home be tidy;

7. Have a bright teeth, and good breathe;

8. Unnecessary to clean up the ash-tray;

9. Be proud of stop smoking and others couldn't;

10. Can decrease the chance of having smoking-related disease, eg. bronchitis, Ca lung;

11. Air becomes fresh, second-hand smoking? No way;

12. Healthy look.


How to stop?????


It is very easy to stop smoking once you think it is good to you at once. Here are some hints:

1. Stop smoking is a learning process. You should stop smoking by stage. Otherwise, you will be a high chance of loser.

2. First, on the first day or a week or a month later of stop smoking, you can give yourself some appreciation. For example, Say"oh! you look great!" or give yourself a candy.

3. Change your habits especially related to smoking. For example, go to non-smoking area rather to smoking area.

4. Let you feel busy. This is the way to lose concentration to pick up the cigarette.

5. Think " I success." and have a mind of advantages of stop smoking.

6. Decrease the social contacts especially on smoking. Your friends will be proud of your ways and go to your stop smoking party.

7. Increase stress because of stop smoking. You can go to have relaxation exercise or go to have a good dream.
