The following is one of the ways to relax your mind and body. Try......
Before doing the relaxation, you should find a quiet, nice and comfortable place to do the relaxation exercise.
You can lie down on the floor or sit in an armchair.
1. Close your eyes or concentrate to an object, then breathe slowly..slowly...and slowly.....;
2. Put you feet together and press over the floor for 5 seconds. Then, relax for 10 seconds, breathe slowly...slowly....slowly.....;
3. Squeeze your buttock muscle for 5 seconds, then, relax for 10 seconds, breathe slowly....slowly...slowly.....;
4. Squeeze your tummy for 5 seconds, then, relax for 10 seconds, breathe slowly.....slowly.....slowly....;
5. Straighten your arms, extends your fingers, and hold it for 5 seconds. Then, relax for 10 seconds, breathe slowly.....slowly...slowly....;
6. Tighten your facial muscle and hold them for 5 seconds. Then, relax it for 10 seconds, breathe slowly.....slowly....slowly....;
7. Straighten your legs, arms close together for 5 seconds. Then, relax them for 10 seconds, breathe slowly...slowly....slowly....;
8. Relax the whole body and breathe slowly......
In a word, you should think and let your legs, arms, face, and body are relaxed and something like you are "falling" over
the ground or chair. Then, you successed and finished the relaxation exercise.
